Jerry has over 40 years of experience in the insurance and alternative risk transfer industry and is a principal and CEO for the Unity group of companies, including Unity Captive Solutions and Unity Captive Insurance Company. The Unity Group is a captive and alternative risk consulting and risk solution services firm that focuses on combining captive insurance companies with its own sponsored captive platform.
Prior to becoming CEO of Unity, Jerry was CEO of two national providers of alternative risk services where he was responsible for loss control, marketing, finance, and insurance company operations. Jerry was heavily involved with updating the legislation in Oklahoma governing captives and actively participates in the Oklahoma Captive Insurance Association.
Jerry surrounds his personal life with his wife Kristin and 4 boys. He is a licensed pilot, scuba diver, private investigator, and nationwide competitor in action pistol shooting. Jerry served as past chairman of the Board for the Oklahoma Youth Orchestras, Founding Member and Founding President of the Oklahoma Captive Insurance Association, owner of Unity Investigations, a private investigation agency focusing on nonprofit organizations, past chairman of the Captive Committee of the Self Insurance Institute of America (SIIA), faculty member of Lawline.com, and is a proud recipient of the Associate in Captive Insurance designation from the International Center for Captive Insurance Education where he serves as an Instructor of Ethics and member of the ICCIE board of directors.
Jonathan has exceptional client service experience in the commercial and personal lines insurance industry and is a Senior Account Executive for the Unity group of companies, including Unity Captive Solutions and Unity Captive Insurance Company. The Unity Group is a captive and alternative risk consulting and risk solution services firm that focuses on combining captive insurance companies with its own sponsored captive platform.
Prior to joining Unity, Jonathan was an account manager with a worldwide provider of commercial and alternative risk services where he was responsible for the account management and oversight of large commercial lines clients. He is currently enrolled in the ICCIE course to obtain his Associate in Captive Insurance Designation.
Jonathan surrounds his personal life with his wife Meghan and daughter. He is an avid tennis player and competitor in action pistol shooting. Jonathan currently serves on the board of the National Exchange Club and is an active supporter of Hope is Alive Ministries.
